So dieses Jahr war es wieder so weit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Versuch\u2026diesmal mit deutlich mehr Erfahrung im Schwimmen, Verpflegen und in der Einteilung der Kr\u00e4fte. Dadurch war ich aber auch zwei Jahre \u00e4lter und es waren etwas h\u00f6here Temperaturen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich konnte meine Geschwindigkeit zu 2021 etwas verbessern. Ich war trotz 10 km l\u00e4ngerer Radstrecke nur 7 Minuten l\u00e4nger auf der Strecke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meine Gesamtzeit von 10:54 h ergibt sich aus 1:20 h Schwimmen (3,8 km), 5:20 h Radeln (180 km) und 4:03 h Laufen (42,2 km).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un\u00fcbertrefflich war die Stimmung auf der Strecke, in den Stimmungsnestern und im Ziel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
